Kathy has a long history of medical and behavioral health billing and administrative experience. At just 17 she was introduced to the psychiatric world of office administration. Since then she has gained extensive knowledge in Psychiatry, Dermatology, Physiatry, Physical Therapy, Primary Care, Neuropsychology and mental health counseling services, among much more. She is accredited by the AAPC. 

Charleen enjoys car shows and watching her husband play in senior softball tournaments in her free time. When she is not having fun in the sun, she is working steadily as a realtor and accounts manager. She has extensive knowledge of contracts and throughout her career has mastered the abilities to effectively communicate with large insurance companies and negotiating contracts. She has experience in DME and optometrist insurance and claims processing. She has an knack for paper work and compliance. You will find yourself ask where she has been all your life when you see her go to work for you.

Kelly comes to us with extensive experience in billing and A/R services. When she is not working she is cheering her daughter on in the sport of the season. Being a life long athlete herself Kelly understands the importance of a team effort. Along side her team of professionals, you will notice an increase in revenue in just a few short months. She is ready to work with you hand and hand to help you keep money in your practice. 

Cylenia is here to serve your needs. She has a background in scheduling, phone service and patient collections and A/R. When not working she is spending time in the athletic community as an athlete herself or cheering on one of her four beloved children. She posses a strong ability to communicate with people and you will find she is geared and ready to fulfill your practice needs.  

After serving four years in the US Navy, Daniel ventured into corrections for a period. He stepped away for a while and was given the opportunity to work in the medical field and he absolutely excelled at his patient interaction. He has proved to be a tremendous asset to any team, with his abilities to connect with everyone. When he is not working he is spending time with his four children. He was a father of three boys until the universe aligned and gave him a sweet little baby girl.
